Die Literatur ist ein wesentlicher Teil der Sozialgeschichte der Epilepsie, weil sie gesellschaftliche Einstellungen widerspiegelt, aber auch beeinflussen kann. Ein besonders interessantes literarisches Dokument ist die spätexpressionistische Erzählung ”Der Epileptiker” des Nervenarztes Hermann Weyl (s. Publikation Nr. 17). Wir machen das 1927 in sehr kleiner Auflage erschienene und längst vergriffene Werk hier als Faksimile zugänglich.
